This advanced course is designed for professional hairstylists and colorists who wish to deepen their understanding and expertise in hair color correction. Students will learn the latest techniques and best practices for addressing and correcting various hair color issues, ensuring clients achieve their desired hair color outcomes with precision and care.
Course Objectives:
Understand the fundamentals of hair color theory, including the color wheel, underlying pigments, and the science of hair color.
• Identify common hair color problems such as brassiness, uneven tones, and color buildup.
• Master corrective techniques for various scenarios, including removing unwanted color, neutralizing brassy tones, and correcting over-processed or damaged hair.
• Learn how to conduct thorough hair consultations to assess clients’ hair condition and history, setting realistic color correction goals.
• Gain hands-on experience with professional color correction products and tools.
• Develop personalized correction plans tailored to individual client needs, ensuring healthy and vibrant results.

Course Format:
The course will be delivered through a combination of theoretical lectures, practical demonstrations, and hands-on workshop.
Students will have opportunities to practice techniques on mannequins under the guidance of Sarah .
Target Audience:
This course is ideal for licensed hairstylists and colorists who have a foundational understanding of hair coloring and wish to specialize in color correction.
Course Prerequisites:
Participants should have a basic knowledge of hair coloring techniques and hold a valid NVQ or recognised qualification or equivalent professional experience.
Materials Required:
Students will need to bring their own set of professional hair tools, including brushes, applicators, and protective gear.
A detailed list of required products and materials will be provided upon enrollment.
Assessment and Certification:
Students will be assessed based on their participation in practical workshops. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
PDF colour theory and science work books will be provided along with gift box.
All products and mannequin heads will be provided.
